1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and fees may vary based on the country, region, size, and weight of the product. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 come with free shipping.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order, which means that they are printed/made specifically for you after you place your order. This process takes 1-4 business days, depending on the type of product. Once the product is shipped, it takes 4-8 business days for delivery within the US, and 7-21 business days for delivery outside of the US, also depending on the type of product.

TRACK ORDER

1. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking code and a link. You can track your order using the link in the email or by accessing the “Track Your Order” section of our Help Center.

2. What if my tracking number isn’t working?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your order’s journey. If the tracking number doesn’t work within 7-10 days, it may be because the carrier hasn’t processed the package yet. DELIVERY PROBLEMS

1. What do I do if the tracking information says my package was delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please check the delivery location indicated in the tracking information, such as your mailbox, front door, or parcel locker. You can also ask your family members or neighbors if they have seen the package. In some cases, the carrier may have placed the package in a safer location to ensure its safety.

If after 1-2 business days you still haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier or us for assistance.

2. Why do I need to pick up my package from another location?

If your package was not delivered, it may have been returned to the carrier’s facility for safekeeping. You can contact the carrier’s hotline or visit the post office to retrieve the package before the date and time indicated in the tracking information or the notice left for you. If you don’t pick up the package in time, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of by the post office.
