Refund Policy

Happykun is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

According to our policy, refunds or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the products. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange

* REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

We will process a refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. Damaged/ Incorrect Order

If your product meets the following criteria, we will be happy to replace it for you:

  • The product itself is defective
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The final product is different from what was displayed on the website

To request a replacement, please contact us via email at support@happkun.com with your order number and a clear picture demonstrating the issue with the product.

2. Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days, please reach out to us through our Contact us page to request a free replacement or a full refund of your purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to errors made by customers in providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries

We will not process a refund or replacement in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The order could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete destination information that was provided by the customer. In an effort to prevent such problems, we verify shipping information with every customer through an order confirmation sent shortly after the order is placed. If a package needs to be reshipped, the customer will undertake for the associated costs

2. Damaged Order

The product was damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer

* RETURN

As our product is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns and only offer refund or replacement.

* ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

You have a window of 12 hours after placing an order to request modifications or a cancellation via email at support@happykun.com. Once this time period has passed, we will have already begun working on your order and it will not be possible to make any changes or cancel it.

In order to process your request for changes to an order, please provide the following information:

  • Your name and email on the order
  • The order number
  • The changes that need to be made
