At Happykun, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This shipping policy explains our policies and procedures for delivering orders to our customers.

1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, as well as the following international locations: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal... Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain locations due to legal or logistical restrictions. For more details, please take a look at our Non-Selling Countries/Regions list

2. Shipping options

*We offer free shipping on orders within the United States that are over $199. However, please be aware that orders outside of the US are not eligible for this offer*

3. Order processing and shipping

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday, with a cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT-7). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If you receive an order that is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@happykun.com so that we can resolve the issue. If your order is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong items, we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost to you.

5. Order tracking and contact information

You can track the status of your order on our website or by contacting us at support@happykun.com. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help ensure that your shopping experience with us is a positive one.

 

FAQ:

1. Could you provide an update on the current status of my order?

Many of our products are printed on demand and will be shipped once production is completed, which typically takes up to 2-7 business days. After the products are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If the production time has passed the 7 business days and you are unable to track your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@happykun.com for additional assistance

2. Do you send order to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, we are able to send most of our shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, with the exception of canvas prints

4. I have not received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 30 days since the day you ordered, please kindly contact us and we will do our best to help you

5. How much is shipping fee?

After you have navigated to the checkout page, you can enter your delivery address and proceed to the shipping method section. The cost of shipping will be calculated and added to your subtotal at the checkout page.
